■ Project name: Huaneng Wuhan Power Generation Co., Ltd. Phase I-II-III coal yard closed reconstruction project (pipe truss);

■ Project location: Yangluo Development Zone, Xinzhou District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province;

■ Structure type: Three-center tubular truss structure is adopted;

■ Project introduction:

(1) The enclosed coal yard has a span of 172m, a length of 290m and a height of 48.1m；

(2) The arch truss is a triangular three-dimensional truss, with a single truss width of 4.5m, a mid-span thickness of about 3.75m, and the thickest part near the arch foot of about 5.5m；

(3) In order to reduce the thrust of the arch foot, on the premise of meeting the operation space of the bucket wheel machine, a balance steel cable is set at the elevation of 27.8m, and the balance steel cable is 25.9 m away from the arch foot

(4) In order to ensure the stability of the arch truss, seven longitudinal trusses, rigid tie bars and flexible cross cable systems are set in the plane of the arch truss;

(5) The arch foot bearing adopts anti-seismic spherical hinge bearing with an elevation of 1.8m；

(6) The wind-resistant trusses on the north and south sides are quadrilateral three-dimensional trusses, the upper ends of which are connected with the roof structure, and the lower ends are fixed hinge supports, which bear the weight of gables and horizontal loads
